Nitish Kumar sets out for week-lengthy tour of Pakistan

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will land in Karachi tomorrow evening for any week-lengthy Pakistan visit. His agenda includes political conferences, sightseeing and perhaps, tea with Imran Khan, who wishes to be Pakistan's next Pm and it has stated he's a learnt so much from Mr Kumar's political mantra.

Mr Kumar is going to Pakistan around the invitation of the all-party parliamentary delegation from that country that visited Bihar in August this season. He heads an 11-member delegation including the Bihar Set up speaker as well as other ministers within the condition government. Mr Kumar will visit Karachi, Islamabad and Lahore and also the historic metropolitan areas of Mohenjodaro and Taxila.

Former cricketer Imran Khan, who heads the Tehreek-e-Insaaf, an opposition party, has asked Mr Kumar for tea. He's verbal about his popularity of the Bihar Chief Minister, whose Janata Dal (U . s .) rules Bihar together with the BJP. Within an interview to NDTV in September this season, Mr Khan had stated, "Individuals are tired of that old political parties. They've taken turns during the last twenty five years and they've taken turns to fall towards the depths of bad governance. The entire factor relies upon governance. I had been reading through about Nitish Kumar in Bihar and also the secret of success is you provide good governance, provide enabling atmosphere for investment, wealth, individuals are happy."

Elections are due in Pakistan by nearly the coming year and Imran Khan thinks this may be his opportunity to form government. He's credited Nitish Kumar's success in Bihar to "clean government and transparency" and states his can be the only real party in Pakistan which follows this type of mantra. "All of our central executive people have declared their assets and that we use them our website and that is what Nitish Kumar did," Mr Khan had stated within the interview.

Evaluations with Nitish's arch rival Lalu Prasad Yadav's 2003 trip to Pakistan are inevitable. Mr Yadav had visited included in a 30-member delegation, but Pakistan designated the previous Bihar Chief Minster for fawning attention. And Mr Yadav had floored Pakistanis together with his witticisms, focus on detail and rustic charm.

Mr Kumar's trip will probably be more sedate. He's likely to meet some of the best political leaders in Sindh and Punjab, before crossing to India on November 11, in the Wagah border in Punjab. He's flying into Karachi today via Dubai.

Throughout his remain in Pakistan, Mr Kumar will probably satisfy the Muttahida Qaumi Movement leadership in Karachi. The party consists mostly of individuals whose ancestors and forefathers migrated to Pakistan from India.
